Delivery:
Most items are held in our distributors UK stock and are dispatched within 1 or 2 days. Any orders for items that are not currently held in our UK stock are dispatched from the distributor in the US as quickly as possible. We are informed by our distributor that deliveries are currently taking approximately 14 days. Due to unprecedented demand for 'retro' style lingerie and the reduced number of flights out of the US and the increased security measures however, it may on occasion take a little longer. The orders are then dispatched straight away upon receiving them in the UK.
Please be aware that we ask that customers allow up to the maximum of 28 days for delivery as stated. If any item is discontinued or temporarily out of stock, we will inform you as soon as we are informed by the distributor.

Why do we charge p&p per an item?
This is because of our suppliers terms and conditions, when you purchase off us, your order goes straight to our suppliers and they will despatch it from one of their many warehouses, We do this to cut costs and give you the best price possible.
If you ordered two items, they may be despatched from two different locations, so our supplier would have to pay postage twice,
We are negotiating with our suppliers to change their terms and conditions, so that we can charge p&p per an order instead of per an item,
Most of the items we have for sale, we sell for less than the RRP price, so even tho you pay p&p per a item, you may still save money.

Returns Policy
Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 14 days of receipt and we only exchange faulty items like for like not for an alternative. We cannot accept returns for any other reason, without exception. All returns must be agreed in advance verbally, and a Returns Form completed and included within the parcel. The Returns Form can be supplied by email by any member of staff. Any returns received without this form completed will not be actioned.
We will be pleased to assist with any sizing, material or colour queries prior to ordering should you require this.

Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of the products sold we will not accept or open any parcels returned to us which do not have a Returns Authorisation Number where you have described the nature and reason of the return.

The RAN allows you to return the item and is not a guarantee that we will accept the return. Please see conditions below:
Any faulty product may be returned to us within 2 days of receipt for replacement or a credit.
We cannot accept any returns that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered. For hygiene purposes, we regret we cannot accept any returns on wigs or panties. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch such as bodies or panties, cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. If the goods are returned unopened we can accept them.
We cannot accept any returns on intimate adult toys which are not shrinkwrapped in their original packaging
For an exchange or a refund, returns should be received by us or requested by you within 21 calendar days from the date your order was shipped and include the original packaging and be in the same condition as received.
We do not refund original shipping costs or your return shipping costs.
To cancel an order please email us ASAP. You must have the order reference.
